Payment and Shipping

What Currency and Payment Options are accepted?

All payments are processed in USD. 
Currently accepting all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) as well as ApplePay and GooglePay payment options.
PayPal will be available soon.

How fast will my order be processed?

We make all products by hand, to your order. All orders are shipped within 3 – 5 business days from the time the order is placed. Most custom orders take longer to make so they typically get shipped within 7 – 14 business days after the order is placed.

Can I change my order?

Most orders can be modified within 24 hours after the initial order was made by contacting info@lulexy.com with your request. All items are made-to-order so we cannot accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems or concerns. Your happiness is important to us!!

What if I need to return or exchange my order?

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges if contacted at info@lulexy.com within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any damages. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged (unless they arrive damaged or defective):
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

How do I know my sizing?

Standard sizes are described under each listing, available for your reference. Custom sizing is also available by request. Please do not hesitate to contact us at info@lulexy.com . We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

What shipping services do you use?

All packages (domestic and international) ship via USPS, unless a different carrier is requested. You may upgrade to UPS, Fedex or DHL. Contact us at info@lulexy.com for shipping details and rates.

What are your shipping times?

The normal shipping times via USPS are as follows:
  • USA: 3-5 business days
  • Canada: 2-3 weeks
  • Europe: 3-5 weeks
  • Australia/ Asia: 3-5 weeks
  • Mexico and South America: 2-3 weeks
Please note, shipping times may vary due to COVID, weather, etc.

What if there is a customs fee?

Buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.

How will my order be delivered?

All orders come gift wrapped in our branded black box, and are delivered in discreet packaging directly to the address provided.

Product and Guarantee

What material do you use?

We use full grain premium Italian leather for our products. Our leather is vegetable tanned (veg tan) in a small Italian village using ancient techniques that preserve, strengthen, and give color to the hide.
This process allows for the leather to retain its individuality and character. All of our products are unique!

Where are the products made?

All products are designed and made in New Jersey, USA. 

Do you offer any guarantee on the products?

We offer a LIFETIME Guarantee on all our products and craftsmanship.
