Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty. In rare cases, exceptions may be made at our discretion.

Faulty Item Returns

If you receive a faulty item, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • You must initiate your return request within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • If your return/exchange request is due to receiving the wrong item, size, or color, the item must be unused and unworn, with no scratches, creases, or signs of wear.

We strongly recommend inspecting your order upon arrival to ensure it meets your expectations.

How to Request a Return

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within the 14-day return window, providing:

  1. Your order details (order number).

  2. A detailed description of the issue, including clear photos showing the problem.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.

  • We reserve the right to inspect the item upon return. If deemed faulty, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

 

 

 

 

Lifetime Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a lifetime warranty on all purchases. If your item develops an issue due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost.

How to Request a Repair or Replacement

To request a warranty claim, please contact us with:

  1. A description of the issue and how it occurred.

  2. Photos of the item showing the defect.

We will assess the issue and determine whether a repair or replacement is necessary.

🔹 Warranty Limitations:

  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or issues caused by misuse or improper care.

  • If we determine that the damage resulted from misuse, we reserve the right to deny the warranty claim.
