Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty. In rare cases, exceptions may be made at our discretion.
Faulty Item Returns

If your return/exchange request is due to receiving the wrong item, size, or color, the item must be unused and unworn, with no scratches, creases, or signs of wear.

Lifetime Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a lifetime warranty on all purchases. If your item develops an issue due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
