Order Processing
All products are handmade to order within 3 – 5 business days from the time the order is placed. Custom orders take longer to make so they typically get processed and shipped within 7 – 14 business days after the order is placed.
Domestic and International Shipping Rates and Times
- USA: 3-5 business days
- Canada: 2-3 weeks
- Europe: 3-5 weeks
- Australia/ Asia: 3-5 weeks
- Mexico and South America: 2-3 weeks
Shipping Carriers
All packages (domestic and international) ship via USPS, unless a different carrier is requested. You may upgrade to UPS, FedEx or DHL. Contact info@lulexy.com for rates and shipping times.

In-store pickup
Customers in the Tri-State area may also pick up their orders in our newly opened location between hours of 9AM – 6PM Monday through Friday, or by appointment. Contact info@lulexy.com to arrange pick up times. Lulexy is located at: 2 Conover Rd., Millstone, NJ 08535
How do I check the status of my order?
After your order ships, you’ll receive an email that includes a tracking number for your package. If you don’t receive this email or need assistance tracking your package, please contact us at info@lulexy.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.
