Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days.
Domestic Shipping: Sent via USPS by default. UPS and FedEx upgrades are available upon request.
International Shipping: Orders are usually shipped via USPS or UPS, with the option to request a preferred carrier.
Customs & Import Fees: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes required by their country.

All Lulexy products are handcrafted in our New Jersey workshop using premium Italian leather and durable metal hardware. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.
If you experience a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. This warranty does not cover normal leather aging, wear from misuse, or damage caused by improper care.

TANGO 7 Piece Set Italian Black Bondage Leather Set
The cuffs are such good quality! They don't feel like they're going to break or anything if I struggle. My one complaint is that the collar and thigh cuffs are a bit small but I also didn't measure before ordering. My neck is 16" around and it's a bit of a stretch. The thigh cuffs only fit right above my knee but I also have thick thighs. I can't wait to use these though! The packaging is discreet and they came really super fast!
