We provide fast discreet packaging
and reliable shipping on all orders. Each handcrafted leather piece is carefully prepared and packaged in discreet packaging before leaving our New Jersey workshop.
Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days.
Domestic Shipping: Sent via USPS by default. UPS and FedEx upgrades are available upon request.
International Shipping: Orders are usually shipped via USPS or UPS, with the option to request a preferred carrier.
Customs & Import Fees: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes required by their country.

All Lulexy products are handcrafted in our New Jersey workshop using premium Italian leather and durable metal hardware. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.
If you experience a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. This warranty does not cover normal leather aging, wear from misuse, or damage caused by improper care.

Beautifully crafted thigh cuffs, leather very soft. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size but the seller was fantastic in her handling of my mistake. Very responsive to my messages. I already ordered a replacement set from her and will keep her in mind for future shopping. I will be telling all my friends about her.
There was a bit of delay beyond expectation in shipping, but all worked out well and a gift was provided for the inconvenience. The thigh cuffs are well crafted and soft and match the ankle and wrist cuffs we previously ordered.
