Warranty

All Lulexy products are handcrafted in our New Jersey workshop using premium Italian leather and durable metal hardware. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.

If you experience a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. This warranty does not cover normal leather aging, wear from misuse, or damage caused by improper care.

The packaging was discreet on the outside and honestly really nice on the inside. My order was in a black silk bag that was wrapped in black tissue paper and tied with a ribbon. She also sent me some candy and wrote a little note on the invoice which was nice. The actual cuffs are really good quality, and though I can take them off by myself if I absolutely have to by undoing the clasp, there is no way I would be able to escape by merely struggling, which was what I was looking for. They fit my wrists perfectly, and the material is pretty nice- the clasps are all really heavy duty and the actual leather is thick and sturdy. The colors are also vibrant, and I am just really pleased all around. I also got a nice little message from the sender when the package shipped, and it arrived exactly when I expected it to. Worth it.
