and reliable shipping on all orders. Each handcrafted leather piece is carefully prepared and packaged in discreet packaging before leaving our New Jersey workshop.
Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days.
Domestic Shipping: Sent via USPS by default. UPS and FedEx upgrades are available upon request.
International Shipping: Orders are usually shipped via USPS or UPS, with the option to request a preferred carrier.
Customs & Import Fees: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes required by their country.

All Lulexy products are handcrafted in our New Jersey workshop using premium Italian leather and durable metal hardware. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.
If you experience a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. This warranty does not cover normal leather aging, wear from misuse, or damage caused by improper care.

Leather and metal hardware quality are top notch. Attention to detail in the stitching and D-ring placement are also what set these items apart.
However, I would recommend checking and re-checking sizing before purchase, particularly with collars and thigh cuffs. I am a slim, 165 cm (5’5”) female and the thigh cuffs just fit. The collar does not fully encircle my neck, but for a play article rather than a daywear/fashion article, this may even be preferable. (I have no real issue with either and still highly recommend this shop.)
I'm obsessed! Purchased this set for our boudoir studio and it came in just a few weeks. Great quality and the color is to die for. I Will be spending all of my money at this store, someone please send an adult to help me control myself.
