We provide fast discreet packaging
and reliable shipping on all orders. Each handcrafted leather piece is carefully prepared and packaged in discreet packaging before leaving our New Jersey workshop.
Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days.
Domestic Shipping: Sent via USPS by default. UPS and FedEx upgrades are available upon request.
International Shipping: Orders are usually shipped via USPS or UPS, with the option to request a preferred carrier.
Customs & Import Fees: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes required by their country.

All Lulexy products are handcrafted in our New Jersey workshop using premium Italian leather and durable metal hardware. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.
If you experience a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. This warranty does not cover normal leather aging, wear from misuse, or damage caused by improper care.

Proper collars are hard to come by. Most are too thin for anything more than decorative purposes (dangerous to the neck). The width and contour of this collar is very well thought out, and naturally follows the neckline. For my uses, it is perfect, but pay attention to the gap of material by the buckle in the photo. This is the gap present at the last buckle notch. For medium and small necks, this collar will fit perfectly with overlap (to help prevent pinching), but for larger size necks this gap can be problematic. An extra 1.25” or so of length added to each side of the collar would completely alleviate this, but despite this small nit-pick, it’s still 5 stars from me.
