Warranty

All Lulexy products are handcrafted in our New Jersey workshop using premium Italian leather and durable metal hardware. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.

If you experience a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. This warranty does not cover normal leather aging, wear from misuse, or damage caused by improper care.

Shipped quickly. Quality was excellent. Will certainly need additional purchases. My only suggestion is the bag it comes with to store the set in needs to be upgraded. The leather is soft, and strong, the metal fixtures are solid and polished, but the storage bag is rough. I'll be making a lined wood box for a set of leather this nice.
